The Karmann Ghia is one of the most elegant vehicles ever built on a Volkswagen platform - a body designed by the Ghia studio in Turin, assembled by Karmann in Osnabrück on a Beetle chassis. Produced from 1955 to 1974 as the Type 14, and from 1961 to 1969 as the Type 34, it shares the same bolt patterns as the Beetle of the same era.
