Refund policy
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer law, customers have a fourteen (14) calendar day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of their order, without having to provide any reason.

2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

products must be new, unused, and unmounted

products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition

products must show no signs of mounting, use, or damage
⚠️ Mounted wheels are neither accepted nor refunded, without exception.
3. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s expense.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Raw Classics cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Return procedure
Before returning any product, customers must:

wait for confirmation and return instructions
Any return sent without prior approval may be refused.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after receipt and inspection of the returned products.
If the return is compliant:

the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase

within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned items
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Non-returnable items
No refund will be issued in the following cases:

mounted or used products
-
damaged or incomplete products

returns made without prior approval

returns made outside the legal withdrawal period
