1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern all sales of products made through the website www.raw-classics.com, operated by ATYS Consult SRL, to consumers within the meaning of European consumer law (B2C).

Placing an order on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by the customer.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are mainly automotive wheels, primarily intended for classic Volkswagen vehicles (aircooled).

Product descriptions and essential characteristics are provided on the product pages.
Photographs and visuals are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the compatibility of the products with their vehicle.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT) for customers within the European Union.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are specified before the order is finalized.

ATYS Consult SRL reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Orders

Orders are placed directly via the website.
An order becomes final once:

  • the shopping cart has been validated,

  • these Terms have been expressly accepted,

  • payment has been successfully completed.

ATYS Consult SRL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer.

6. Payment

The accepted payment methods are those displayed on the website at the time of purchase (credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.).

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

When payment is made through a third-party provider, the terms and conditions of that provider apply in addition to these Terms.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process.

Delivery times are given for information purposes only. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation, except where required by law.

The customer must check the condition of the package upon delivery and report any damage or anomaly to the carrier and to ATYS Consult SRL as soon as possible.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer law, the customer has a fourteen (14) calendar day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision by email to info@raw-classics.com.

Return conditions:

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • Products must be returned new, unused, and unmounted, in their original packaging.

  • Mounted wheels are neither accepted nor refunded.

9. Refunds

Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the returned products.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original order, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days after receipt of the compliant return.

Initial shipping costs are not refunded.

10. Warranty

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity in accordance with applicable legislation.

A commercial warranty may apply where expressly stated on the product page.

Any warranty is excluded in cases of:

  • improper use,

  • incorrect installation or mounting,

  • use in competition,

  • product modification.

11. Liability

ATYS Consult SRL shall not be held liable for:

  • incorrect product selection by the customer,

  • incompatibility with the customer’s vehicle,

  • installation not carried out in accordance with professional standards.

In any event, ATYS Consult SRL’s liability is limited to the total amount of the relevant order.

12. Intellectual property

All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, trademarks) are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of ATYS Consult SRL.

Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

13. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before initiating legal proceedings.
Failing this, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of ATYS Consult SRL’s registered office, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
